MEET "Sully"
Common Sense Leadership Representing YOU
Hello! Thanks for visiting my page to learn something about me. I’ve served two terms on Nashua’s Board of Aldermen representing Ward 9. I’ve decided to run for a third consecutive term and I would appreciate your vote.
If you’re not familiar with who I am, it’s nice to meet you! I’ve lived in Ward 9 since 1997 with my wife, Carrie, and three incredible children; Aidan, John and Caroline. You’ve probably seen me Walkin’ The Ward with my two dogs Mack and Millie as we constantly check on our corner of Nashua.
The past four years, I have pushed our city’s administration to be more fiscally conservative. The budget increases we’ve endured have really put the strain on Nashua families. I am a voice for you inside City Hall.
I’ve served on the city’s budget committee for four years and while it’s difficult to know everything about our budget, I certainly know enough to try and make thoughtful cuts to keep taxes in check. Just like our home budget, we can’t do everything we want and need to make hard choices when it comes to our finances.
If elected again, I will push to keep our priorities in order. Pay the people that make our city go (Fire, Police and Teachers), keep infrastructure strong (roads, plowing, sidewalks, water and sewer) and to stay within our means when it comes to larger projects. We must govern for the future of Nashua as much as we do for the present day.
I’ve spent over 20 years in sales and it has helped me lay a foundation to my other career as an Alderman. I listen more than talk, I ask questions and I always build a good business case for any investment.
Politically, I’m Nashua’s only serving Independent (unaffiliated voter). What that means to you is the only “party affiliation” I care about is what Ward 9 residents thinks.
Please vote for me for two more years of responsive government, transparent interactions and true independent thought and action.
